Cabo San Lucas Whale Watching Cabo Tours

Whale Watching Season Is Right Around the Corner!

December and the new year are soon approaching, which means Happy Holidays, not only for humans but for Whales too. From mid-December to about mid-April thousands of whales migrate to the same sunny warm water you’ll be visiting in Cabo San Lucas. As the whales make their yearly 10,000-mile migration, they come to these beautiful waters to feed and mate before continuing to make their way up north to Baja Lagoons to give birth. This migration pattern makes Cabo San Lucas Whale Watching one of the top Whale watching destinations in the world with many people flocking to Cabo every year just to get a peek at these magnificent creatures.

What is the chance I see a whale?

An outstanding 95% chance! Going on one of these trips and not seeing whales is more than unlikely. Eschrichtius Robustus or as they are more commonly known, the Grey Whale, are often referred to as the “Friendliest fish in the world” (even though these aren’t fish). On the vast majority of trips, you can expect to see a plethora of baby Grey Whales breaching to play and say “hi” while their parents are nearby keeping a close eye on them still breaching up to greet you as well. The government wildlife regulator CONANP allows for our tours get as close as 100 ft to these creatures!

What is the ship like?

We offer 2 equally amazing and family-friendly whale encounter experiences to see these majestic Grey Whales:
