- Booking Process/Vouchers
Upon completion of your reservation, we will issue you a receipt of payment to your email. We will send an electronic voucher for each tour via e-mail, along with all relevant meeting instructions, contact information, and other important information. Please present the voucher at the time of service. We will reconfirm your tour directly with the operator and inform you of any changes.
- Meeting Times and Locations
Your voucher will reflect the exact meeting time, transportation (if applicable) and location of your tour. The times and locations shown on the website are subject to change without notice; therefore, follow the instructions on your voucher. If you are not at the meeting location or arrive on time as shown on your voucher, no refunds will be issued, even if a different time or location is shown on our website.
- Change Dates
Please keep in mind that availability on many tours is limited and some tours may be sold out at the last minute. Please contact us, if you would like to change the date or time of your tour. In most cases, changes must be made 36 hours prior to your tour.
- Cancellation Policy
We will issue you a refund for your tour up to 36 hours before the tour, and there will be a 5% processing fee to cover the credit card fees we incur to process your cancellation. Cancellations, within 36 hours of the tour are non-refundable, as we are unable to get our money back from the tour operator.
In some circumstances, we may be able to make exceptions and change dates, times, or offer an alternate solution including within the 36 hours frame. So please contact us as each situation is unique.
We apply stricter conditions for cancellations on fishing trips, private boat charters, and large groups, as these types of trips take a lot of coordination, and are difficult to change on short notice, as people normally book well in advance. See details below:
Private Boat Charters: Until 7 days prior, there is a 5% processing fee and within 7 days it is non-refundable.
Groups and Private Tours, and Boats: Until 30 days prior, there is a 5% processing fee and within 30 days it is non-refundable.
Airport Transfers: All reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

- No-Show Policy
There are no refunds for a no-show under any circumstances.
- Late Arrival Policy
If you are late for your tour and left behind, we are unable to issue you a refund.
- Service Policy
We strive to provide you with the best service when booking your tours. We do not run the tours, we simply book them for you at a discounted price. All disputes over the quality of the tour or issues with the tour itself including issues regarding videos, photos, t-shirts, etc., must be discussed with the tour provider. Only Cabo Tours and Executive Travel Center Los Cabos is not responsible for services that we do not operate ourselves. Please contact us if you need any assistance as we are always here to help.
We do not share personal information and/or sell customer data to anyone. We respect the privacy and security of our customers. All online transactions are processed through a secure encrypted site.
- Weather Policy
If a tour is canceled due to weather we will issue a full refund.
- Tour Operator Rules
Each operator has their own terms and conditions that will be explained to you at the time of check-in or orientation. You may not be allowed on the tour if you:
- Show signs of intoxication or infectious disease.
- Are pregnant or do not meet the height or weight requirements for the tour.
- Are unruly or disrupt the enjoyment of the other participants.
- Chargeback Policy
Reservations will show up on your credit card statement as “Executive Travel Center”.
If you have a complaint about any of the services we provide, please contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services. If you are unhappy with our services for any reason, please do not issue a chargeback with your credit card before you have given us a chance to resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks (chargebacks filed for services you did receive or issues that are listed in the terms and conditions herein) will be assessed a $25.00 fraudulent fee chargeback and will be pursued through our legal department resulting in additional fees.
The services offered on our website are provided by independent contractors, and not agents or employees of Only Cabo Tours and Executive Travel Center Los Cabosor its affiliates. Only Cabo Tours and Executive Travel Center Los Cabos, or its affiliates are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
Only Cabo Toursand Executive Travel Center Los Cabosis a booking agent between the client and the operator of services listed on the voucher. As such, the website creates the necessary commercial connections in compliance with its own service and quality standards to provide services such as, but not limited to, fishing and snorkeling charters. Only the most reputable suppliers are selected for this purpose. However,Only Cabo Tours and Executive Travel Center Los Caboscannot be held liable for their acts, omission, wrongdoing or other. Travel services are subject to the conditions set by those suppliers, and their liability may, in turn, be limited by their tariffs and conditions of service. Only Cabo Tours and Executive Travel Center Los Cabosacts only in its role of agent for the client or for the supplier of the goods and services rendered and as such, does not keep any legal authority or control over the operator’s personnel, assets, operation and/or property.
Only Cabo Tours and Executive Travel Center Los Cabos declares that:
(a) Photographic material published on its website is intended to render a general depiction of the service in question and by no means can be guaranteed that the service will be supplied exactly as depicted.
(b) Travel services descriptions are regularly updated for a depiction of the product as close to reality as possible. However, the website cannot be held accountable for variations occurring upon your arrival at the tour site.
(c) We reserve the right to refuse service to any client.
(d) Any concerns or claims regarding services received must be submitted by email within 14 days from date of tour.
Only Cabo Tours and Executive Travel Center Los Caboswill not assume liability for any claims, costs or expenses arising from personal injuries to the client or third parties, or caused by accidents, fatalities, loss or damage to personal property, lack of enjoyment or claims over emotional and mental states such as upset, disappointment, anguish, distress or frustration, or any other damage, whether physical, mental or emotional, arising from the following:
(a) Acts committed or omissions caused by any party other than our office or its employees.
(b) Illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical failures, quarantine, government actions, weather or any other circumstance beyond direct control of our office.
(c) The client’s failure to comply with travel instructions such as, but not limited to, tour dates and times, meeting locations, or other instructions provided by tour operator.
(d) Changes to, or cancellation of, the travel services offered, notwithstanding the reason. Our office reserves the right to cancel or change the travel services at its discretion, but will try to substitute them with comparable services. If a reservation must completely be cancelled, a full refund of all monies will be refunded to client.
