This site is offered to you as a user for your acceptance without negotiation of the terms, conditions and clauses contained herein. The relationship between the Executive Travel website and you shall be that of independent contractors and neither party shall be deemed or constituted as partners, joint ventures, trusts, employees and/or common agents.
You may not assign, agree, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties and obligations hereunder.
Organization and responsibilities
This Internet site belonging to Executive Travel, and hereinafter referred to as Operating Agent, declares that it acts as an intermediary between users and entities or persons responsible for providing air or ground transportation services, accommodation, food, or any other service contracted through any of the Internet sites of Executive Travel. Executive Travel agrees to comply with the above mentioned intermediary services, with the exceptions specified in these General Conditions and is not responsible for the failure of such entities in the execution of their obligations, nor for unforeseen events caused by strikes, weather conditions, delays, earthquakes, quarantines, as well as for material, personal or moral damages that the passenger may suffer due to loss, damage or theft of luggage, or accidents, illness or death.
This Web Site as a travel agency is subject to the liability regime established by Law 300/96, D.R. 1075/97 and other regulatory decrees.
Liability clause
Executive Travel is subject to the liability regime established by Law 300 of 1996, Decree 1074 of 2015 and the rules that modify, add or reform them, and acts as an intermediary agent between the user and the provider of the tourist service selected by the user. The agency's responsibility for the quality of service is limited solely and exclusively to the terms of each offer.
Executive Travel assumes no responsibility for the provision of air transportation service; the provision of such service, delays or unforeseen changes in flight schedules arranged by the airlines are governed by the provisions of the Colombian Aeronautical Regulations (RAC 3).
The responsibility for the care and custody of personal items falls exclusively on the passenger. When the user fails to comply by not showing up or not using the agreed services, the tourist service provider may demand payment of 20% of the total price or retain the deposit previously received.
Executive Travel and the operators do not assume responsibility for events of force majeure such as accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, climatic or natural phenomena, security conditions, political factors, death, health issues, acts of third parties, and any other event beyond the agency.
The exercise of withdrawal and cancellation rights is carried out in accordance with RAC 3, Law 1480 of 2011. Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days following the request, based on the policies of each service provider.
Hotels
By this means you can make a reservation and the same must be guaranteed and paid when an Executive Travel agent contacts you to reconfirm and pay. The total value of the accommodation will be settled and charged at the time of closing the reservation. Additional services, taxes and hotel insurance will be settled and paid directly at the hotel. All foreigners are exempt from taxes in Colombia and will only have to pay hotel insurance directly at their hotel.
Travel Destinations
It is recommended that the traveler verify the warnings that the place chosen for the trip has. By selling trips, this Travel Agency does not represent or guarantee that travel to said points is advisable or without risk. All passengers must carry the necessary personal documentation.
Cancellations: At any time the user may cancel the requested and contracted services, and will be entitled to a refund of the deposit as long as the contracted program does not have conditions that indicate otherwise.

Executive Travel declares that it is not on any list established at a local or international level for the control of money laundering and terrorist financing. The User knows, understands and accepts that Executive Travel may terminate, unilaterally and without prior notice, the provision of services when the user's name has been included in International lists such as the UN or OFAC.
Habeas Data: As the owner of the information, acting freely and voluntarily, you authorize Executive Travel to consult, request, provide, report, process and disclose all information that refers to your credit, financial, commercial or service behavior.
